We encourage everyone to incorporate a yoga practice into their everyday lives. Heated Infrared yoga is a structured combination of postures pre-designed before each class to achieve a different outcome each time. Each movement is accompanied with a breath that promotes a moving meditation. The two breathing exercises with each posture stretches and strengthens the muscles. Hot yoga also stimulates the nervous system, glands and our organs. With breath, it creates movement of fresh oxygenated blood around the body that helps to restore and heal all of our systems to maintain our bodies in a constant state of mental and physical wellbeing.
Please note our classes are heated to a maximum of 26 degrees celsius so at to warm the muscles without stressing the body.
Please note, a $20 courtesy fee does apply for no-shows for classes that are fully booked with a waitlist. This fee is imposed to encourage those who cannot make the class to cancel their booking and allow others the chance to attend.

Vinyasa Express – (Heated to 24c)
Vinyasa Express is a 45 minute eclass with constant flow, each breath accompanies a movement to create a moving meditation. 45 minutes gives back a whole day of calm and clarity!
Vinyasa I – Basic Alignment and Foundations (Heated to 24c)
Vinyasa I is offered to all students beginning their journey to safely practice yoga on a daily basis and incorporate it in our everyday lives. Level I establishes the foundations of yoga. You can expect the pace to be slow enough so that clear and concise instruction can be given for best alignment and modification in yoga positions. Level I includes the introduction of philosophical and traditional teachings. Don’t be mistaken this is still a fulfilling and strong class for beginners. A Level I practice provides time and guidance at a slow and steady pace that ensures your safety, wellbeing and very most importantly puts you on the path of a lifelong practice of yoga.
Vinyasa II – Core Foundations (Heated to 25c)
Level II classes are for students with some experience of yoga and we advise prior attendance to a Vinyasa I class to have gained a good understanding and exploration of basic alignment and the foundations of yoga postures. Vinyasa II has less modifications then that of Vinyasa I but please be assured, our professional and experienced instructors are always looking to guide you to perfect posture and alignment. Your safety is always paramount in our classes. Vinyasa II moves at a steadier pace and presence of mind. This class is more challenging that does require a healthy and active body.
Restorative Yoga – (Heated to 25c)
A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends.
Yin is a class that offers a subtle practice to find balance and an opportunity to meditate whilst being able to relax. We recommend our students book into a Yin class at least once a week to find balance in their practice. Yin targets our bodies fascial tissue and energetic system. Both systems are an integral part of achieving unity across mind and body. We want to achieve a stillness of mind and body in the class.
Corporate Group Classes
We can cater for individual or group classes. Our corporate classes can be individually tailored to suit your needs. Corporate group classes are an excellent team building experience whilst gaining a greater depth and knowledge of yoga on a personal level. Our highly professional instructors can build a class around your needs, wants and desires. We aim to provide complete satisfaction and deliver a class purely designed and directed at your request.
Private tuition is an excellent opportunity to receive one-on-one instruction for a thorough understanding of each posture and understanding of the philosophy behind the flow and practice of yoga. If you find embarking on a life of yoga daunting with a room full of fellow students, then private tuition will put your mind at ease and springboard you toward a life of becoming a fulfilled lifelong yoga student.
