Body Flex

Body Flex is a serious of movements and exercises that will improve your functional flexibility to create more controlled movement. Body Flex will improve your co-ordination, core body strength and condition your body as you go. Mitch is sure to delight and excite you with his extensive knowledge of the body, how to move it, get all you can from it to achieve amazing results in strength, conditioning and fitness. We promise you will have fun whilst you are doing it too!


Body Stretch

Stretching is a essential part of your workout and fitness. To avoid injury, unlock the body, improve flexibility, become leaner and stronger. It improves your range of motion, increase circulation, and calm your mind. Stretching reduces injury and prepares your body and mind for life ahead.


Cancellation Policy – Please note class cancellations are allowed up to an hour before the class commences. Cancellations should be made via our Oski Yoga app. In the event of an emergency, cancellations will be accepted via phone or email.

Please note, a $20 courtesy fee does apply for no-shows for classes that are fully booked with a waitlist. This fee is imposed to encourage those who cannot make the class to cancel their booking and allow others the chance to attend.
