OSKI POP-UP - Outdoor Exercise Classes

Oski Pop-Up Exercise classes are located in the scenic Bradfield Park under the Sydney Harbour Bridge. We run Pilates, Boot Camp, Hiit, Strength training, Stretch Meditation, Core Workouts and Yoga classes weekly. We provide a wide range of classes to ensure holistic benefits to our members physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Yoga is a structured and considered combination of postures pre-designed before each class to achieve a different outcome each time.
Barre is a fusion of vinyasa yoga, pilates and ballet. The three combined result in an entire body workout that sculpts the muscles to become stronger, leaner and longer.
Pilates is dedicated to the exploration of the concept that the human body has transformational potential for total being.
